Can i see my artwork before it gets printed?
Yes! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can thenrequest edits as many times as you like. We print once you're happy with your pet art.
Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes of course, the important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.
What if l don't like my artwork?
if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send itback to you for another look. We print only once you're happy with your order.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. lf there's a problemwe'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via emailPhotos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between.All animals are welcome!
What does your 100% satisfaction guarantee consist of?
If you don't like your art we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. lfyou receive yourorder and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the art and replace it for you.
